Drunk Dad Leaves Baby At Liquor Store Strip Club

First off why the hell do you have your baby at the strip club, especially if you are a man because that means you went to the club to get a slight break away from the baby.

A drunk Florida dad stumbled into a strip club’s liquor store on Sunday night and left his 11-month-old baby at the establishment, cops say.

Kenneth Rowe, 26, was reportedly wasted when he walked into Shark Lounge liquor store in Daytona Beach and asked a clerk to watch his baby boy, according to WFTV.

It’s unclear whether the clerk actually agreed, but Rowe nevertheless ditched the baby for the Shark Lounge gentleman’s club, which sits in the same building, the Sun-Sentinel reports.

The clerk called police and reported that the baby was hungry and had a rash on his face.

Cops caught up with Rowe and charged him with child neglect. The boy is now with the state Department of Children and Families.

The Shark Lounge, which promises “We Will Rock You” on its website, hails itself as Daytona Beach’s number-one class act and proclaims it “has always made the topic of conversation.”

But where is the mama or grandmama, auntie, somebody.

Ignorant News: Man Sues Strip Club After Bladder Burst Injury

A Pennsylvania man is suing a strip club after a rough pole dance ruptured his bladder during his bachelor party.

A lawsuit filed last week says that in late November 2010 Patrick Gallagher, a resident of Lansdale, Pa., had been invited to lie on the stage at the Penthouse Club in Port Richmond, Pa., as part of its “Bachelor’s Package.”

That’s when one dancer shimmied up the pole, and “from a great height, she launched herself down onto his abdomen” with such force that she ruptured his bladder, Gallagher’s attorney Neil Murray told the Philadelphia Daily News.

The suit said the move resulted in severe pain for Gallagher that did not subside by the next morning. He went to the emergency room, and doctors discovered he had internal bleeding and a ruptured bladder that required surgery to correct.

Murray said that Gallagher also suffered nerve damage in his back and hip, the Daily News reported.

The lawsuit accuses the club of negligence and seeks at least $50,000 for medical costs, pain, humiliation and mental anguish.

Ignorant News: Canada Strip Club Offers College Tuition Assistance

The naked truth is this: College is expensive, but one Canadian strip club is willing to lighten the financial load for ladies willing to lighten their wardrobe on the stage.

The owners of Leopard’s Lounge in Windsor, Ont., says changes in immigration laws have stripped the club of many of its dancers so they hope to sweeten the pot by helping comely coeds pay for their higher education.

Students who work at the club can receive up to $1,700 in tuition for full or part-time class work at area colleges or the University of Windsor.

But there’s a catch: “DD” might be the best letters for an exotic dancer, but all stripping students must maintain a B-plus average.

“The girls can take any class they want to help better themselves,” owner Robert Katzman told the Toronto Sun. “We have girls studying business, finance, to become nursing assistants and one taking chiropractory.”

General manager Barry Maroon said school has just started session so the club has been moving quickly to get new women willing to get down and dirty for a diploma.

“We’ve already had two girls call from Toronto who were very much interested,” he told the Windsor Star newspaper.

Sometimes it’s not who the money came from but what the money means to someone. These kids need help and these people give the money back?

A cash-strapped Little League in Los Angeles County will return a surprise $1,200 donation from a strip club that appeared to save its season.

League President Roberto Aguirre said the league’s board of directors decided to return the money donated two weeks ago by Jet Strip gentlemen’s club, according to the Daily Breeze newspaper of Torrance, Calif.

The league needs the money to rent fields from the Lennox School District, which doubled fees to play on its baseball diamonds. As news of the strip club’s donation spread, contributions came from around the country. Aguirre said the league still needs help.

Lennox is a poor, unincorporated neighborhood near the Los Angeles International Airport. The league offers a payment plan so families can afford the annual $85 per-player fee.

“Weekend At Bernies” But In Denver?

Two men who admitted to driving around Denver with their dead friend’s corpse and using the dead man’s debit card to fund a night at a strip club were sentenced on Thursday to probation, prosecutors said.

Robert Young, 43, and Mark Rubinson, 25, both pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of abusing the corpse of Jeffrey Jarrett last August, the Denver District Attorney’s Office said in a release.

Young also pleaded guilty to felony identity theft for using Jarrett’s credit card.

Neither man was accused of killing Jarrett, who died at 43 from a lethal combination of drugs and alcohol, Lynn Kimbrough, spokeswoman for the District Attorney’s Office told Reuters.

Under the plea agreement, Young was given a two-year deferred sentence and must undergo “mental health evaluation and treatment, substance abuse assessment and treatment, and cognitive behavioral therapy,” the release said.

He also must submit to random drug and alcohol testing, perform 50 hours of community service and pay $1,289.56 in restitution, in addition to maintaining full-time employment.

Rubinson was given a one-year suspended sentence and was ordered to the same drug and alcohol monitoring, therapy and work conditions, and perform 200 hours of community service.

Prosecutors said Young and Rubinson found Jarrett unresponsive at the Denver home Young and Jarrett shared, and instead of calling 911 they put the dead man in the back seat of Rubinson’s SUV and went for a ride, local television station KWGN reported.

Police said that the men ate at Viva Burrito restaurant and fueled up Rubinson’s SUV at a convenience store all paid for with Jarrett’s debit card, KWGN also reported. The men then unloaded Jarrett’s body back at his house and visited Shotgun Willie’s, a popular Denver-area strip club where they withdrew $400 at an ATM from Jarrett’s account, it said.

Only after leaving the club did the men call the police to report Jarrett’s death.

As conditions of their probationary sentence, both men must write letters of apology to Jarrett’s family.

Prosecutor Kandace Gerdes told the judge that the plea deals “were largely the result of the (Jarrett) family’s compassion,” the district attorney’s office said.
