Jay and Ruby talked about her beginnings in entertainment from singing in a Gospel Choir to founding a theater company on to her current Hip Hop career.

They spoke on her wide variety of influences that help to formulate and mold her unique style in music.

Since The oh so Popular Queen Latifah is set to headline The long beach Lesbian & Gay pride Festival,questions are starting about the Singer-actress.Is She Gay? Does she have a woman? What does this Mean?

The Inquisitr came out with a story today with the headline Queen Latifah Comes Out of The Closet, but did she? I feel like its nobody’s business if she came out to the world or not.When she feel the time is right she will address it but its her personally business and life.Let her live and be happy with who ever she chooses to date, whether its women,or men.

Who are we to judge anyone? Queen Latifah is just like all the rest of the previous singers,rappers,that has preformed at this event in past years.so why yall aint say they was Gay,or question them.Yeah it was rumors about her being with a women but it was a RUMOR…

If the Queen is Gay let her be.I support her to the fullest.I wish I could be there May 19th when this event goes down but its ok.My bestfriend is Queen latifah biggest fan though so if the Queen is lesbian then my bestfriend will be the happiest woman alive.lol
