There is a new docudrama on the history channel called “The Bible” It brings each story to life from Genesis to Revelation. But there is one very noticeable resemblance between the character of Satan the Devil and our President Barack Obama. Most people are saying that this was done on purpose.

The history channel released this statement. “History channel has the highest respect for President Obama. The series was produced with an international and diverse cast of respected actors. It’s unfortunate that anyone made this false connection. History’s ‘The Bible’ is meant to enlighten people on its rich stories and deep history.”

I believe this is just a coincidence. Most people have a doppelganger. What do you think, does he look like President Obama?

Now this guy below is the one who has us in a bunch of mess. Maybe he’s the devil.

Last week President Barack Obama announced that he supports marriage for gays and lesbians, bringing on once again the debate on the subject. Newsweek Magazine takes the conversation a little further.

Following President Barack Obama’s public announcement backing gay marriage last week, Newsweek magazine has featured him on its front cover with the headline, “The First Gay President.”

With Obama’s face pictured looking skyward and a rainbow-colored halo above his head, the controversial cover leads to a story written by gay writer Andrew Sullivan — a self-described political conservative — who analyzes the president’s backing of gay marriage.

Obama said Wednesday he supported gay marriage, reversing his position on a controversial social issue just six months before the November election and adopting a stance fraught with uncertain political implications.

The president said that after years of lengthy discussions with friends and family, including his wife and two young daughters, he now “personally” believes gays and lesbians should have the right to marry.

I understand the meaning on the cover but does it go too far? Vote!

Accompanying President Obama on vocals were Jimmy Fallon and Black Thought of the Roots who name dropped Kanye and Kim as well as Tim Tebow to grab the attention of folks who were uninterested in hearing what the President had to say about student loans.

Our best guess: The sites’ Chinese owners relied on a very bad Chinese-English translation program that’s done this before. Back in 2007, a black Toronto couple were shocked to find that their new couch had a tag underneath that described its color, like these pants, as “nigger brown.” Subsequent investigation traced the error back to the couch’s Chinese manufacturer, who had used a translation program by Kingsoft which gave the slur as a translation for “dark brown.”

Last night during President Obama’s State of the Union Adress I saw many tweets about BET not showing the speech live. BET aired new episodes of the hit series “The Game” & Let’s Stay Together” and aired the #SOTU at 10:30pm Central.

Was airing President Obama’s address taped the right move considering they are Black Entertainment Television and the President is black? (BET is owned by Viacom Media Networks by the way)
