Juvenile reportedly wants a paternity test over his 13-year-old son — because he is not sure that the boy is his. As previously reported by TMZ.com, an arrest warrant was issued for the Juvie in February when he fell behind on child support to the tune of $160,000. Now — the rapper has filed court docs in Louisiana saying that he never established paternity when his son was born and he didn’t even sign the birth certificate at the time.
Juvie has claimed that he recently learned that the boy’s mother was having sex with “at least one other man” at the time and he was “fraudulently induced” into various child support agreements.
The rapper is requesting a paternity test and if it turns out that he’s not the father, he wants all judgments against him released and wants back every dime he gave for the child for the last 13 years.
The two sides are set to be in court next month.
