“Laughing Insanity” at the Laugh Factory

Unless you have been under a rock and just been ignoring J.R.Bang and Jay Washington you know that on Thursday, April 25 at the World Famous Laugh Factory, Educated Insanity presented “Laughing Insanity” and it was indeed that INSANE.

Jay & J.R. (a.k.a “The Other Guy”) hosted an AMAZING as well as HILARIOUS line up that included Xavier Lamont, Anthony Bonazzo, Marc Henderson, Schmitty B, Ken Garr, Kellye Howard and last but not least Kevin Williams. Check out some of the highlights from the show and SORRY TO KELLYE, KEN and KEVIN the battery in the camera died.

Reporter Fired After Raunchy “Freudian Slip” On-Air

Chicago Comcast SportsNet reporter Susannah Collins is no longer with the station after a video of her having a Freudian slip up with viral on the internet this past Tuesday. Collins who was a part of the Comcast reporting team for the Chicago Blackhawks  on Tuesday when she  inadvertently said that the Blackhawks had a “tremendous amount of sex during the regular season.” The mistake went viral, landing everywhere from news web sites to the Tonight Show monologue, where it was highlighted Wednesday as the “Freudian Slip of the Day” by host Jay Leno.

Collins, who meant to say “success,” immediately corrected herself.     (But lowkey, the sex part is probably true lets keep it real)

Chris “Mac Daddy” Kelly of Kris Kross Dead at 34

An member of an iconic part of many peoples youth and adolescence has passed away. Member of the group that made people wanna “Jump Jump” and made people pee on themselves for wearing their pants backwards Chris “Mac Daddy” Kelly of the group Kris Kross was found dead in his home in Atlanta at the age of 34.

Right now it isn’t official but it is suspected that Kelly died of a potential drug overdose.

Kelly along Chris “Daddy Mac” Smith made up the iconic group of Kris Kross who were discover in an Atlanta shopping mall in 1991 by Producer and So So Def Founder Jermaine Dupri.

This is the Video that put the pair on the map.

So I finally got a chance to listen to the homie Gittaa Thomas new mixtape “Luxury Concepts” and which was released February 28 (yes I’m late). Solid project from beginning to end. The production handled mostly buy Law Beatz is crazy and the title seem lavish but the homie Gittaa opens up about some very personal events including a car accident that nearly killed him. One of the tapes highlights is “Champion Thoughts” and it seems Gittaa is definitely going for the ring. Don’t sleep on homie, download this today.

Mannnnnnnnnnnn look, I understand that there are many ways that people feel is the best way to try to reach and teach the youth of today, from using athletes, celebrities, video games and music. But this one right here done by the West Dubuque 2nd Church of Christ Youth Outreach Program in West Dubuque, Iowa is a little bit to say the word “controversial”.

The pastor of the church and his wife felt that a rap video would be the best be method to reach the youth and they came up with one called “Jesus Christ is my n***a”…yeah you read that right here goes the video.
