Ian’s Jam Reviews: Meek Mill’s Dreamchasers 2

The day after Meek Mill’s 25th birthday he released Dreamchasers 2. In one day, it became the most downloaded mixtape in recorded history. It seems the sleeper has awoken, and the dream’s become reality. This album is a crowning achievement. The beats are more electric and uplifting as ever. From old school samples to certified street heat, Meek doesn’t slip on sound selection. Songs like “Amen” where the notes are easily stroked, and “Ready of Not” where the chords are deeply echoed. This album is definately on a political level to try and succeed in the music industry. These true reflections on what dream chasing truely equates to make this compilation a truely inspiring endeavor. If I were you I would highly look into this.
