This is HEARTBREAKING for Chicago Bulls and overall NBA fans. Just as the Derrick Rose train began to pick up steam and start rolling again heading into the playoffs, it may have just gotten derailed.

In the last minute of the Bulls Game 1 playoff victory over the Philadelphia 76ers 103-91, Point Guard Derrick Rose came down hard on his left knee after a bunny hop jump shot and appeared to injure it seriously and now after the results of an MRI we know the extent of the injury.

A torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in his left knee and is expected to miss the remainder of the playoffs.

Many will now wonder what does that mean for a potential Bulls Championship run and if they get out of the first round how will they fare in the Second round.
